Featured Spotlight: August


EACH MONTH ASCENSION WILL NOMINATE A FEW AMAZING PEOPLE WHO EPITOMIZE OUR BRAND. THESE PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED GREAT FEATS, YET THEY ARE CURRENTLY WORKING HARD ON ACCOMPLISHING SOMETHING EVEN BIGGER. WE WANT TO RECOGNIZE THOSE OUT THERE WHO HAVE MADE SACRIFICES TO GO THE EXTRA MILE.

THE AUGUST NOMINEES:

BRODY LOUGHLIN: 

Brody graduated from Babson College in the spring of 2016 with a degree in Business Management, while concentrating in Economics. During his time at Babson, Brody pitched for 3 years on the varsity baseball team. 

After graduating, Brody immediately began working for Carbon Black, a cyber security firm located in Waltham, MA. After working for nine months as a Sales Development Representative, he was promoted to Inside Account Manager of South Florida. During his first quarter in So. FL, he achieved over 150% of his quota. 
He also recently married his high school sweetheart this past July. 

PAUL ANSANI: 

Paul Ansani the Engineer graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in December of 2015 with a BSME. He elected to pursue a career in product design at Kolcraft, a juvenile products company, in Chicago. Paul manages and is the lead engineer on his own design projects and hopes to continually build a proud body of work.

Paul Ansani the Musician began his career in 2008 playing bass guitar. Since then, he has gone on to record 3 full length records, multiple singles, and perform hundreds of shows in Chicago. His current band, The Evening Attraction, just returned from their first tour. Paul also performs and records with local band Max and the Mild Ones.

Through both endeavors, Paul carries a creative spirit and mindset. In an increasingly modern demand for versatility, Paul prides himself on being a high-achieving individual. 

MATT SALETTA: 

Matt Saletta is a 23 year old recent grad from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At Madison, he double majored in Economics and Communication Arts. He was also a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity where he spent three semesters on the Executive Board, two of which as Chapter President.
From Madison, Matt accepted an offer from Abbott Labs to work in their Diagnostics Division. For the past year, he has been part of their Project Management Office. His group oversees the division’s largest programs and project portfolios. In the future, Matt is looking to rapidly advance his role with the goal of moving towards the Execution side of the business and managing an Area Portfolio.
