How do the reviews work?

Reviews on our website are filtered through a reputable third-party review app called Judge.Me. This ensures our reviews are 100% reliable and authentic. 

Once someone submits a review, it is checked by our third party as well as double checked by our team to confirm it has come from a verified buyer. The submitter will receive an email link to their customer email to confirm. Once confirmed, the review will show up on our website with a "Verified Badge."

While we have no control if a user will click the link in their email, we can promise all of the reviews we have allowed to be posted on our website are 100% only real customers. 

Can my watch get wet?

All Ascension watches are a minimum of 10 ATM WATER RESISTANCE RATING, meaning the watch is specifically designed to withstand casual water exposure, showering, and shallow swimming.

 

 

Can I purchase an additional leather band for my watch?

Yes, please visit the products page to browse the other offerings.

 

 

How soon will I receive my order?

*Orders usually take 5-7 business for standard shipping.  2-Day shipping is also available for domestic orders.  

Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and circumstances like weather conditions, technical difficulties, etc. can affect the arrival time.

*NOTE Please notice for international shipping, delivery time varies for each country depending on their customs policies. 

 

Can I exchange my watch for a different one?

A product may only be exchanged for a product of the same, or lesser, value. You have the right to exchange any/all products bought online within 14 days of receiving the item.

The products must be unused and in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers unaffected – and still in the same new condition as was received.

We are not responsible for lost items during return shipping.

 

Warranty & Repair

Ascension Watches are created with extremely high quality standards. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.

Our warranties are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, we will try to assist you with any problems that may occur, but are not responsible for any restoration costs.

A defective product returned during the warranty period, will be repaired/replaced at no additional expense, within a reasonable timeframe. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.

Ascension will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

 

Battery Life

Batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last between 2 to 3 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc

 

Promo Code

At the checkout page, to apply your promo code, click “Discount” entry field on the right, entering the code, and press “Apply”. Be sure there are no additional spaces before or after the code.

Please note that only one promo code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.
